About Paul Ware, Esq.

Attorney Paul Ware has been a community leader, father, and experienced litigator for over 25 years. He is a graduate of West Scranton High School, The University of Scranton and the prestigious Widener School of Law.

He has served 10 years as a Magisterial District Judge and has extensive experience in the law as former Lackawanna County Deputy District Attorney. He is a practicing member of Minora Krowiak Munley & Batyko Law Firm in Scranton, PA.

Paul has spent many years working in the community as former instructor with the Lackawanna County Police Academy and Adjunct Professor of Constitutional & Business Law at Lackawanna College, past president of the Lackawanna County Columbus Day Association, former mock trial moderator at Holy Cross High School, current Mock-Trial Judge, and past treasurer of the Green Ridge Little League.

He has 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren.
